Flag football in Luxembourg
Five a side, no tackling, no gear to buy. Beginners are welcome and your first practice is free.
What is flag football?
American football without the tackles. Instead of bringing a player down, you pull the flag off their belt. Plays are short and fast, with plenty of running, catching and throwing.

Small teams, so everyone touches the ball on every drive.
No contact
No helmets, no pads, no tackling. Trainers and sportswear are enough.
Any level
Never seen a game? We teach the rules and the plays from scratch.
Training
We train twice a week after work. Turn up, warm up, and you'll be playing by the end of the session.
